Note: The product that the college uses to host videos is called Microsoft Streams, this service is available only to current students, staff and faculty.
If you are having issues viewing videos, first confirm that you are logged into your college account within Microsoft. (For students this will be your mymhc.ca account and for staff/faculty your mhc.ab.ca account.)
To confirm which Microsoft account you are logged into check here: https://myaccount.microsoft.com
If you are NOT logged into your college account then log out and log back in with the proper account, navigate back to the video and try again. Remember to close out of the video and re-open it, this will allow the browser to reload the video with your proper credentials.
If you ARE logged into your college account then contact either the library (firstname.lastname@example.org) for help with library related materials or ITS (email@example.com) for help with all other video content.
